All the materials are mixed after gravimetry for accurate control. The accuracy is ±0.1% when raw material ration is 0.5%~5% (excluding 5%), while the raw material ratio is bigger than 5%, the accuracy changes to ±0.3%.
Auto calibration after each material weighting ensures accuracy.
Up to 100 recipes can be stored for future use.
Alarm log function is standard.
For OGB-400 and models below, machine mount model is the standard supply (equipped with magnetic base, manual discharge plate).
For OGB-1000 and models above, floor stand is the standard supply (equipped with movable floor stand, storage hopper and pneumatic discharge valve).
Has the function of recycled material compensation (recycling hopper is standard equipped with low level switch). Aberration compensation can be automatically calculated based on the feeding amount of recycled materials.
All models are standard equipped with a second discharge valve to replace the main discharge valve when modular proportion is within 0.5%-5%.
Adopt Ethernet communication function to centrally monitor the operation connecting with molding machine.
Hopper low level sensor can be selected to give alarm when material is insufficient
Floor stand, pneumatic discharge valve, storage bin and suction box can be optionally purchased for floor mounting (Applicable for OGB-600 and models below)
OGB Gravimetric Blender is widely applicable in plastic processing field like plastic extrusion, injection molding, bottle blowing. Standard models can process granules like raw material, recycled material, masterbatch and additives. For color powder or color oil, special models can be customized.
When machine starts working, hopper 1 starts feeding on the basic calculation of set weight and unit time feeding of metering valve. The valve will be closed after feeding time and then gravimetric sensor will starts work. Within the error range, the machine will go to hopper 2, and then in succession hopper 3, until all the hoppers finish feeding. After feeding, materials will fall into the mixing tank and be blended until reaching the time limit. Manually open the shut-off plate or automatically open the pneumatic discharge valve to let the material fall into the injection molding machine or storage tank.

Matters Needing Attention
Electrical installation of the machine should be done by qualified electricians.
Connecting the cooling water (if needed) after the machine is installed in a appointing place, make sure the inlet and outlet water pipe is in good condition.
Before connecting to AC Power Source, turn power switch to OFF position. While AC power source is connected, make sure specifications and overload protection rating of the power switch are suitable and reliable. When the machine is under care or maintenance, turn off both power switch and automatic operation switch.
