In the above picture, the OVM vertical mixer is applied to mix virgin plastic granules and recycled plastic film flakes and masterbatch, the materials are fed into the feedport of OVM in batches, the screw of the mixer take the materials to the top of the hopper and spray them to all directions. In this way, different materials are mixed evenly. Then you can open the outlet of the machine to discharge the mixed material manually. And the materials can be loaded for production by the OAL-S vacuum auto loaders or by hand.
