Hopper dryers, also known as hot air dryers, are ideal for removing moisture from the surface of non-hygroscopic resin pellets prior to melting. 1. The ODD dehumidifying dryers use honeycomb dehumidifiers with an elegant semi-integral appearance.
2. Combines the two functions of dehumidifying and drying into one machine, occupy little space which ensures the whole arrange of the workshop.
3. Insulated drying hopper features dry air down-blowing and cyclone exhaust design. This improves drying efficiency and reduces energy consumption while maintaining a steady drying effect.

The sealed honeycomb rotor is divided into dehumidifying, regenerative and cooling zones in the rotary dehumidifier. Damp and hot air from dry material hopper is blown into rotor after cooled. Moisture from the air is absorbed by rotor and is then absorbed by regeneration heating air. Two strands of airflow function on the rotor. And with the rotation of the rotor, moisture from the air is absorbed and expelled after absorbed regeneration air to form stable low dew-point air, which is dries to the drying temperature and then is blown into drying hopper to closed circle to dry material.

Please periodically clean the dust on the air filters, once per week.
Cleaning steps:
1) Take out the air filter carefully.
2) Blow off the dust on the air filter screen and the cover with pressure air.
3) Wipe off the barrel wall of air filter with dishcloth.
4) After cleaning, place all parts in reversed order carefully.
Note!
Do not let any impurities fall into filter container.
Clean the cooler regularly to eliminate leaks.
1) Please do it more than once a month and cool it down with cold water.
2) Ordinary water cooling, once a quarter.
3) For air cooling, do the same job once a year.
Radiator removal steps:
1) Disassemble the pipeline and screws of the cooler, and take the cooler out of the chiller.
2) Loosen the fixing screws of the upper and lower covers of the cooler, and take off the covers.
3) Use a brush, compressed air or low-pressure water to clean the dust and debris on the cooler fan and copper pipes.
NOTE: Compressed air should be used to dry any water residue on the cooler fan and copper tubing.
4) Clean the connection between the upper and lower covers of the radiator, apply silicone, and fix the covers with screws.
5) Put the cooler in the air for at least 4 hours to make the silicone fully dry, then fix the cooler on the cooler and connect all the pipes.
