Application of Desiccant Rotor Dehumidifier

ORSTE “Optical” Dehumidifying Dryers provides the advantages of a consistent dew point and maximum energy efficiency. They combine the function of dehumidifying, drying and two-stage conveying into one compact machine, specified for the production of “optical class” and “food standard” products, such as lens, LGP, disposable lunch box etc. The quality desiccant honeycomb rotor provides continuous and constant low dew-point air which can be lower than -40 ^oC under ideal conditions.

The electric parts of OCD-H are all installed in the electric cabinet in well arrangement. The application of brand power switch, electric contactors, SSR solid state relay, transformers, fuses and other parts ensures the stable and good condition of the whole machine.

The double-layer wall of the hopper dryer with insulation layer ensures good heat preservation for the plastic material drying, it saves much energy due to its good insulating effect. The inner wall of the hopper is polished and suitable for drying optical and food-grade plastic resins. The inspection door is well sealed by the strong fasteners with large screws, there is no possibility for the air leakage for the machine. The good drying effect of the plastic resins are guaranteed.
