Application of Dehumidification Dryer

ORSTE “Optical” Dehumidifying Dryers provides the advantages of a consistent dew point and maximum energy efficiency. They combine the function of dehumidifying, drying and two-stage conveying into one compact machine, specified for the production of “optical class” and “food standard” products, such as lens, LGP, disposable lunch box etc. The quality desiccant honeycomb rotor provides continuous and constant low dew-point air which can be lower than -40 ^oC under ideal conditions.

Filter Cleaning

Please periodically clean the dust on the air filters, once per week.

Cleaning steps:

1) Take out the air filter carefully.

2) Blow off the dust on the air filter screen and the cover with pressure air.

3) Wipe off the barrel wall of air filter with dishcloth.

4) After cleaning, place all parts in reversed order carefully.

Do not let any impurities fall into filter container.

Why Choose OCD-H?

The main reason for the defects of plastic products, such as bubbles, silver lines, flaws, poor transparency, etc. is that plastic raw materials are not completely dried before molding. Hygroscopic plastics, such as TPU, PA, PC, PBT, PET, PETG, PCTG, NYLON and so on, can not be thoroughly dried through traditional methods. It is proved that heated and dehumidified air with low dew-point down to -40^oC can make moisture content of such materials lower than 0.02% before molding.
