FEATURES
1. The ODD dehumidifying dryers use honeycomb dehumidifiers with an elegant semi-integral appearance.
2. Combines the two functions of dehumidifying and drying into one machine, occupy little space which ensures the whole arrange of the workshop.
3. Insulated drying hopper features dry air down-blowing and cyclone exhaust design. This improves drying efficiency and reduces energy consumption while maintaining a steady drying effect.

FUNCTIONAL SCHEME
The sealed honeycomb rotor is divided into dehumidifying, regenerative and cooling zones in the rotary dehumidifier. Damp and hot air from dry material hopper is blown into rotor after cooled. Moisture from the air is absorbed by rotor and is then absorbed by regeneration heating air. Two strands of airflow function on the rotor. And with the rotation of the rotor, moisture from the air is absorbed and expelled after absorbed regeneration air to form stable low dew-point air, which is dries to the drying temperature and then is blown into drying hopper to closed circle to dry material.

Machine Details
Inner structure of ORD-H dehumidifier, in which honeycomb rotor which is the key part of the machine, provides the dry air for the hopper dryer, the plastic materials in the hopper dryer is dried continuously for some time, and then be loaded to the other container or to the Injection machine for products production by the vacuum auto loader. ODD-H dehumidifying dryers are always applied with auto loader to form a whole drying & feeding system for plastic processing.

What is Honeycomb-rotor?
The main body of the honeycomb-rotor is a honeycomb, made by ceramic fibre and organic additives, sintered under high temperature with molecular sieve or silica gel, to be strongly bonded together and form a solid and hard surface. Not like common molecular sieve, which will produce dusts and fines to pollute raw materials when aging or become saturated requiring regular replacement, honeycomb-rotor offer unlimited long life and can be cleaned when it is polluted. The moisture of return air is quickly absorbed by numerous tunnels before coming out of the rotor to form low dew-point air. At the same time, regenerating blower takes dry air into the honeycomb-rotor from an opposite direction to regenerate the rotor.
