The central dehumidiyfing drying & feeding system consists of 3 sets of dehumidifying drying system, 3 sets of feeding system, handling more than 8 types of hygroscopic plastic materials for totally 180 injection molding machines.

    There are 10 hopper dryers for drying 8 types of resins and 2 reserved for further materials in this system, we apply the mode of 1 large dehumidifier with serveral hopper dryers to save space and cost for the customer.

    By using harden treatment glass bends for the turns for dried materials to each injection molding machine, the service life and performance of the system is much reliable than normal glass bends or SUS bends. Because some plastic materials contains much glass fiber and it creates great impact force to the bends which feeding to the molding machine by the negative pressure from the Roots Blower.
